Step 1: Media Market Set-Up
A team of RP Research Analysts build a customized database for your media market -- the goal is to track every media outlet in your marketplace. Following database set-up, your research program is up and running and ready for data collection.
Step 2: Express Implementation
Your research program is shipped priority express to you. Included in your kit are surveys, advice on implementation in your store, and the name of the Research Analyst assigned to your dealership. Your RP Analyst is available to you 24 hours a day.
Step 3: Data Collection
When a car buyer is waiting for final F&I paperwork or vehicle prep, they complete the RP survey form in your store. A quiet area out of the way and a cup of coffee or soft drink makes your customers more comfortable while filling out the 5 minute survey.
Step 4: Data Processing
Specially trained RP staff members enter the information from your completed survey forms into our system. From this data, reports are generated tracking 22+ different media habit categories based on your customers’ preferences.
Step 5: Your Report Results
Every quarter, your RP team of researchers will hold a conference call with you and your staff to discuss your Media Habits Data ReportsTM results and give you recommendations based on the collected information.
